Meatballs

Our meatballs are world-famous.  Ok, that's a bit of a stretch, but you get the point.  What started out as a tasty way to utilize every part of the animal has grown into it's own beast.  Quite literally- a meatball beast!  Our farm makes over 1 dozen small-batch meatball flavors- all using fresh, seasonal ingredients like spinach, artichokes, red peppers, capers, fresh mozzarella- resulting in some pretty tasty and drool-worthy flavor combos.  We promise, our meatballs will become your new favorite meal  go-to and will leave you swooning for more.

Are you a baller???  Think beyond pasta and sauce... our meatballs are great smashed on rice, stuffed in a pita with veggies or used as a stuffing for peppers and squash.
