Pastured Chicken Cuts

Our pasture-raised chicken is a special treat.  Many people tell us it's "the best chicken they have every tasted!"  Our birds are raised outdoors on pasture, fed an all natural diet of foraged vegetation, insects and locally raised grain.  Our chickens are processed on farm in our poultry abattoir and air chilled.  In addition to a selection of favorite cuts, we also offer small-batch sausages, smoked chickens and a variety of prepared items including bone broth, pot pies and meatballs- all made in house!
