SQM PORK LOIN CHOPS- The King of pastured pork cuts- for a reason! Our bone-in pork chops showcase what thoughtfully raised, pastured pork is all about. Thick-cut and meaty- our loin chops have a good fat cap to ensure tender juicy cooking and yield LOADS of flavor.
Season them with your favorite spice blend, brine or use one of our favorite grill rubs for perfect chops every time. Cut 1-1.5" thick. Packaged in cryovac packs~ 2 chops per package.
Packages are available in the following sizes:
• Medium- up to 1.0 lbs.
• Large- 1.0-1.5 lbs.
• XLarge- 1.5+ lbs.

We ship our products direct from our Butchery in Hardwick MA throughout the 48 contiguous states. Orders are packed in a cardboard box with insulation using dry ice and ice packs. We offer 2 day ground shipping to the following states:
MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, RI, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, OH
Deadline: Thursday at midnight for shipping the following week.
The following costs apply to all
order shipped within our standard 2 day ground shipping zones.
· Order minimum is $85
· $19.95 flat shipping fee for orders less than $150
· FREE ground shipping for orders over $150
· Orders containing ONLY non-perishable items will ship for $15 nationwide.
· We offer a $5 credit for returned boxes by simply dropping off at any retail SQM site
Orders containing perishable items and shipping outside our 2-day ground range will be upgraded to express shipping due to the amount of time they would be in transit. These shipping totals are calculated per pound per mile by our shipping provider.

Shop our on-line store and pick-up your order from any retail SQM location including our farmers' markets!
-No minimum order
-Plan Ahead: We generally require 2-7 days for order fulfillment. The ordering deadline will automatically be calculated at check-out based on your selections.
-Select Your Pick-Up Location: At check-out select from a list of options available to pick-up your order.
-Confirmation: Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with pick-up details.

Stillman's pork loin chops are one of my favorites. Thick and juicy with just the right amount of fat to add flavor.
These are always juicy & delicious with just the right amount of fat. The generous cut makes for mistake-proof cooking in the oven or on top of the stove. I'm a city girl so I can't grill on my balcony, but I'm sure these would be awesome cooked over charcoal. And if you forgot to take something out for dinner, a 2-pk of these chops will thaw in a bowl of hot tap water in no time. I wish I could afford a freezer full of these!
